Zack's Pizza & Bbq | Our Story

Two Crafts. One Kitchen. One Big Family.

Zack's started when we packed up and moved to Sebring to be closer to Mom and Dad. We brought the whole family along, and somewhere along the way, a pizza and BBQ spot was born. This is a family business in every sense of the word. Kirstie holds it down in the kitchen and handles the register. Lil Zack is out front charming the guests while helping make pizzas. Lincoln and Maverick jump in to make the dough and sauce from scratch. And Mom? She's the one behind all the homemade desserts. We do pizza and BBQ under one roof, no chains, no shortcuts. Just honest food made by people who actually care, served to neighbors who feel like family. When you walk through our doors, you're not just a customer. You're joining the family table.
Zack's Big Idea

Zack's Big Idea

Sebring had chains. What it didn't have was a place that could do proper hand-tossed pizza and slow-smoked brisket with equal conviction — so Zack built one on U.S. Highway 27.
The Pizza Side

The Pizza Side

The dough is made fresh, hand-tossed, and baked with the kind of char and chew that New York-style is supposed to have. Grande mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes — real ingredients, no substitutes.
The Smoker Does the Work

The Smoker Does the Work

Brisket and pulled pork are smoked on-premise every morning — low and slow, until the bark sets and the smoke ring goes all the way through.
Two Slices and a Drink

Two Slices and a Drink

The $5 lunch deal — two slices and a drink — isn't a gimmick, it's just how Zack's treats the neighborhood. Regulars count on it, and new faces quickly become regulars.
Faith, Family, Food

Faith, Family, Food

Checkered tablecloths, Edison bulbs, staff who remember your order — it all adds up to a neighbor's cookout, not a restaurant transaction.
